Who we are
Gimotty is made and sold by IRUMX (이룸엑스), a sole proprietorship registered in the Republic of Korea (business registration no. 881-04-03855). Contact: help@irumx.app.
Trial
You can use every feature of Gimotty free for 14 days from the first launch, for any purpose including evaluation at work.
When the trial ends, your sessions and files stay. New connections, the assistant and MCP actions need a license.
Licenses
A Pro or Team license covers one computer (one Windows installation) and may be used for work and commercial purposes. It may not be shared, resold or sublicensed.
A license is a signed file issued for the device ID you give us. Activation and checks happen offline on your computer.
If you replace the computer or reinstall Windows, tell us the new device ID and we reissue the license at no charge.
Updates and support
A license includes every 0.x and 1.x release and email support. Licenses bought during early access also include version 2. Versions you received remain yours to use without time limit.
Orders, prices and taxes
During early access we sell by quote and invoice, paid by bank transfer. We issue the license file once payment arrives.
Prices exclude VAT, sales tax and consumption tax, which are added where they apply. Fees charged by your own bank are yours.
When online checkout opens, a payment partner may act as the seller of record for online orders; its checkout terms then apply to the payment.
Refunds
You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase. See the refund policy.
Using Gimotty responsibly
Gimotty runs the commands you, or an assistant you approve, send to your servers, with your rights. You are responsible for what you run, for your servers and for following the terms of the AI provider you connect.
Warranty and liability
Gimotty is provided as it is. We work to fix problems quickly, but we do not promise it is free of errors or suitable for every purpose.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Open-source components
Gimotty includes open-source components under their own licenses, such as the D2Coding font under the SIL Open Font License. Their notices ship with the app.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Korea. If you are a consumer, the mandatory protections of the country you live in still apply.
We may update these terms. Changes never reduce the rights of a license you have already bought.
