No AI usage fees from us. Use your own OpenAI account, a company model server or a local model, and pay your provider directly if you pay at all.
How to buy during early access
Online checkout opens with general availability. Until then, email us the plan and the device ID of each computer (copy it from the License screen, or run gimotty license request). We send a quote and an invoice. When payment arrives, we email you a license file that you activate offline.
Pricing questions
How does the trial work?
Every feature works for 14 days from the first launch. Afterwards your saved sessions and files stay, and nothing disconnects, but new connections, the assistant and MCP actions need a license.
Which updates are included?
Every 0.x and 1.x release. The license never expires. If a paid version 2 comes out, you can keep using 1.x for as long as you like.
Does activation need the internet?
No. You send us the device ID and get back a signed license file. Gimotty checks it on your PC; there is no license server. The device ID is a one-way digest of the Windows installation ID, with no hardware serials, user names or MAC addresses.
What if I replace my computer?
Send us the new device ID and we reissue the license at no charge. Reinstalling Windows can change the ID too.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Try first for 14 days, and if Gimotty still does not work for you, ask within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
Is the AI an extra charge?
No. Every plan includes the assistant and the MCP server. Gimotty does not sell model usage; you connect your own.
Can we buy through a reseller?
Yes. We are looking for partners in Japan, Korea, Europe and the United States. Partners get volume pricing and Japanese and Korean sales material.
