The Gimotty app
The Gimotty app sends nothing to IRUMX. It has no account, telemetry or automatic update check.
To buy a license you email us a device ID. It is a one-way digest of the Windows installation ID and contains no hardware serials, user names or MAC addresses. We keep it with your order to issue and reissue your license.
If you use the AI assistant, your messages and the results of the tools it calls go to the model provider you configure, under that provider’s terms. Gimotty keeps conversations in memory only.
Visitor statistics (Google Analytics) and cookies
This website asks before it measures anything. Until you choose “Allow”, it loads nothing from Google and sets no analytics cookies.
If you allow it, Google Analytics 4 receives the page address (without query strings, except campaign tags), the referring site, and device and browser details, and sets _ga cookies. Advertising features and Google signals are off.
Data is kept for 2 months. Change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page; withdrawing deletes the _ga cookies.
Requests and emails you send us
The early-access and contact forms send what you enter (topic, name, email, company, country, number of computers, message and the page language) to help@irumx.app as an email. The website itself does not store it.
The email is delivered through Resend (United States) and, when Resend is at its limit, Cloudflare Email Service. Before sending, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the request comes from a person; it processes browser and device signals for that check only.
We use what you write to reply, prepare quotes and keep business records, and keep requests for one year after our reply unless a contract or law requires longer.
Hosting
The website is served by Cloudflare, which processes IP addresses and request data to deliver pages and stop attacks. This site keeps no request logs of its own.
Your rights and contact
You can ask to see, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, or object to its use, under the GDPR, the Korean Personal Information Protection Act or your local law.
