Refund policy

Try Gimotty free for 14 days first. If it still does not work for you after you buy, you get your money back.

Effective 22 October 2026

Ask within 14 days of purchase. You do not need to give a reason, though we would like to hear it.
Email help@irumx.app with your invoice or order number.
We refund the full price to the account or card you paid with, within 10 business days of your request.
When the refund is made, the license ends. License files work offline and cannot be switched off remotely, so please delete the file and stop using Gimotty on that computer.
Orders through a reseller or payment partner are refunded through them, under the same 14-day promise.
This policy adds to any statutory rights you have; it does not replace them.
